Prof. U. S. Nayak Medal – Best Poster Presentation Guidelines

TANPAPS 2026 - Kodaikanal: REFLECT, REVIVE, REFINE

1. General Eligibility & Identification
  • All shortlisted posters will be eligible for the Best Poster Competition.
  • The poster must include your TANPAPS 2026 Registration ID on the top-right corner.
  • Commercial content is strictly prohibited.
  • Mention any conflicts of interest, if applicable (Disclosures).
2. Poster Design Guidelines (Physical Specifications)
  • Orientation: Portrait format.
  • Size: 3 feet (height) × 2 feet (width).
  • Margins: Maintain a 1-inch (25 mm) margin on all sides.
3. Authorship & Title Rules (Mandatory)
  • The Title must be placed at the top and written in sentence case.
  • Only the presenting author's name must appear below the title.
  • STRICTLY PROHIBITED: No mention of co-authors, institutions, hospitals, centers, logos, or affiliations is permitted anywhere on the poster.
  • Violation of this rule will lead to automatic disqualification.
4. Images, Data, and Confidentiality
  • Photographs and radiological images must not reveal any institutional identity.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and obtain appropriate consent before using clinical images.
  • Avoid overcrowding figures or including excessive data.
  • Prefer sentence case for typography; avoid using all capital letters.
5. Submission Instructions & Deadlines
  • Abstract Submission Deadline: 31 December 2025.
  • Poster Submission Deadline: 31 January 2026.
  • Submit your poster file via email.
  • Do not bring a printed poster to the venue. The organizing team will take care of printing and display at the conference for your convenience.
